We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
· Customer name
· Customer number
· Invoice number or order number
· Item serial number(s)
· The number of items being returned
· Whether the product box has been opened
· Nature of the problem
In general, ihaveIT accepts returns on unopened Factory sealed merchandise and used/refurbished merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, ihaveIT reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. No returns on factory sealed merchandise will be accepted unless the product you received does not match the product you ordered. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to ihaveIT on returned items, and ihaveIT will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 30 days from ship date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at ihaveIT’s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies
If your return merchandise is accepted, we will post a credit to your ihaveIT account within 24 hours from the time that we receive the product(s) in our distribution center. Each return is credited in the same manner as payment. If you paid for your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to that card. You will be able to verify the credit by calling your credit card company. If you paid for your order with a check, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days from the date the returned product is received by ihaveIT’s receiving department. If you have a terms account, the amount of your return will be credited to your ihaveIT account
Restocking Fees:
ihaveIT.com will accept returns within 30 days for items in non-working order and will offer replacement or refund for those items. However, items returned for reasons other than non-working order, at any point in time, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
